Which destinations can I enter at checkout?
Enter a United States delivery address. Standard delivery is free for every U.S. order, and international destinations are not currently served.
What happens between payment and delivery?
The order is normally prepared in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in the carrier network. A tracking number is provided after dispatch.
What should I compare before choosing a model?
For portable chargers and power banks, wall chargers, charging cables, USB hubs and docking stations, wireless chargers, power strips and outlet extenders, and car-charging accessories, review the listed wattage, capacity, connector, number of ports, supported protocol, size, included parts, and device compatibility. Product-specific safety limits should always be followed.
Is it still possible to stop an order?
Ask for cancellation before the order ships. Once it has shipped, use the Refund Policy rather than a cancellation request.
How does the 30-day option work?
Starting on receipt, the customer has 30 days to request a return without giving a reason or to request an exchange. Approved return transport is paid by the business.
Do exclusions apply to a fulfillment or quality problem?
No exclusion from a change-of-mind return removes the customer's rights for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order. We cover approved return delivery while arranging the solution.
What cannot be sent back simply for a change of mind?
Customized merchandise, clearance or Final Sale merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive merchandise are outside that optional program.
When does an approved credit appear?
We initiate the credit to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. The account provider can add its own posting period.
