US-Only Fulfillment

Orders from Anker can be delivered only to valid addresses in the United States. Every such order qualifies for free standard shipping.

The First 1–2 Business Days

This is the normal processing period before a completed order is dispatched. Weekends and U.S. public holidays are not business days, and verification or unusual order volume can occasionally extend preparation.

The Following 4–6 Business Days

This is the estimated carrier transit period after shipment. Weather, network disruptions, peak demand, or an inaccurate delivery address can move a delivery outside the estimate.

Shipment Visibility

A tracking number is made available after carrier handoff using the order's contact information. Tracking events are generated by the carrier and may take time to appear.

Corrections, Cancellation, and Delivery Exceptions

Ask Anker at Support@ankel.shop or 9042269503 about an address correction or cancellation before dispatch. Once shipped, an order is handled under the Refund Policy. If the carrier loses or damages a parcel, or the delivery is wrong or incomplete, the business covers authorized return shipping while arranging the remedy.
