For 30 days beginning on the delivery date, Anker accepts requests for a return without a stated reason and requests for an exchange. Reach the team at Support@ankel.shop or 9042269503 first so the return can be identified and authorized.
We Fund Approved Return Delivery
Customers are not charged return postage for an approved request. The business arranges a prepaid label or comparable no-cost return service for a change-of-mind return, an exchange, or an item that is damaged, defective, different from what was ordered, or missing from the parcel.
Items Outside the Change-of-Mind Program
Made-to-order or customized products, goods marked clearance or Final Sale, gift cards, and intimate or hygiene-sensitive products after opening cannot be returned merely because the customer changed their mind.
Quality and Fulfillment Rights Take Priority
A restriction in the change-of-mind program does not take away a consumer's rights for a damaged or defective product, an incorrect shipment, or an incomplete shipment. We will assess those situations and provide an appropriate lawful remedy.
Exchange, Cancellation, and Dispatch
An exchange uses the same 30-day request period. An order can be cancelled on request while it is still unshipped; after the carrier receives it, the return provisions on this page apply.
Returning Funds
Once an authorized return has been delivered and assessed, an approved refund is initiated to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Posting speed after that point is controlled by the customer's bank or card provider.
