Accessing Anker or buying through it is subject to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced at checkout. A customer who does not agree should not complete an order.

Our assortment covers portable chargers and power banks, wall chargers, charging cables, USB hubs and docking stations, wireless chargers, power strips and outlet extenders, and car-charging accessories. Read the product page before purchase, including connector, capacity, output, compatibility, dimensions, included items, care guidance, and safety information that applies to the selected model.
Safe and Lawful Conduct
Use a product only with supported devices and within listed electrical limits. The website may not be attacked, scraped abusively, used for fraud, or used to infringe another person's rights. Mandatory consumer protections are not waived by these Terms.
Order Acceptance
A checkout confirmation is not an unconditional promise of fulfillment. Stock errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, delivery limitations, or an obvious listing error can require review or cancellation, with notice when appropriate.
Before and After Shipment
A customer may ask to cancel while the order remains unshipped. When shipment has occurred, any change-of-mind request is governed by the Refund Policy and its 30-day process.
Money, Cards, and Government Charges
Transactions are presented in USD. Card availability and authorization follow the Payment Policy and secure checkout. Taxes or other compulsory charges are assessed as required by applicable law; no blanket tax exemption is offered.
Delivery and Post-Purchase Support
Free standard service is limited to U.S. delivery. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 4–6 business days for transportation. Tracking is supplied. Approved no-reason and quality-related returns use merchant-funded return transport, and approved refunds are initiated in 5–10 business days.
